The apartment is very modern and has 3 bedrooms with 2 shared bathrooms and a large kitchen/living area with a TV. The flat is in an ideal location; close to both Sheffield Hallam University, The University of Sheffield and the city centre.
It would be required that the new tenant is respectful of noise levels as the current tenants are in second year studying Primary Education which involves a lot of time spent on placement.
The flat is available from now until 26th June 2020 and a payment of £1887.33 is due on 20th January 2020 which covers the rest of the tenancy.
Broadband is included in the price and gas, electric and water bills are split with the current tenants.
