Double Room In Broomhill

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January-June 2020 in this double room in Broomhill. It is a 7 minute walk from the Univesity of Sheffield and the Goodwin Sports Center and a short distance from the hospital, Broomhill shops, and bus stops.

It is in a 7 bedroom property and you will be sharing with 3 guys and 3 girls - everyone studies a range of different degrees.

The room is £373 bills NOT included but the bills will work out around £35-40 each month for everything.

There are two bathrooms in the property and a shared communal open living space which includes an American style fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, TV, cooking facilities, plenty of storage space, and a backdoor leading out into an open paved garden area.

The room itself has a sink as well as the bed, wardrobe, bedside table, small chest of drawers, and the desk.

There is on-street parking available but a permit is required :)
