The room will become available from the 1st February and is ideal for someone commuting to or from Sheffield so not wanting to take on a whole flat/house themselves.

The house is situated just outside Malin Bridge and Crosspool on Rivelin Valley Road - a 10 minute walk from the Malin Bridge Tram Stop or a 5 minute walk to the shops in Stannington (Co-op, post office, fish and chips etc).

There is a lovely garden and parking.

The rent includes all bills and internet.

No pets, couples or benefits accepted. Current tenant recommends but is off travelling!
