Double rooms available in Broomhill

We have two double rooms available in a shared house in Broomhill. The rooms available are both doubles, one on the 1st floor and one in the attic.
Other rooms comprise of a spacious kitchen with an off-shot utility room and a small bathroom with bath, shower and wc. Fast broadband throughout.
There is a lovely garden to the rear with a nice space to relax.
The current tenant is a young professional who is easy going and likes cooking and socialising with friends. Happy to share with any gender. Ideally looking for housemates who respect their living space and keep the house tidy.
