Wonderful double room in Park Hill

Double room to rent, killer views over Sheffield from the 9th floor. Bathroom next to the room, balconies for quality sun lounging, and a modern kitchen. The place is beautifully done with floor to ceiling windows, bare concrete walls, hard wood floors... you get the idea. I also have a good pull up bar installed and some climbing boards which you're welcome to use.

This place would be ideal for someone who commutes by train as it's a 2min walk to the station. We're looking for someone who won't be there all the time, either you work away or you have a partner somewhere else... I'm willing to negotiate rent according to how much you would be there, eg. If you're only there half the time we can reduce the amount by a third...

We're a very clean, tidy and considerate household. Not all that much storage space (such is the nature of an apartment) but the room has lots of hanging space and a large wardrobe. If you have a car you can park it on nearby Norfolk road, which is what I do. Otherwise you can park it in the Park Hill courtyard at great expense.
