Room 2 is available from 1 September

The house is next to a small park and is only a short (15 min) walk, or few tram stops, away from the University and a few minutes’ walk from large supermarkets (Tesco and Aldi).

All the bedrooms are large and have double beds, storage and a desk.

There is a communal living room as well as a separate kitchen. There is a sunny (sometimes!) back yard with room for outdoor dining and storing bikes.

Fast broadband, TV licence and water bills are included in the rent. Excluded are heat/power (depends on usage, but currently roughly £50 per person per month) and council tax band 'A' (students exempt).
