Rooms in post grad/prof house from Sept 2026

Three double bedrooms are available (from September) in this four bed Victorian house-share in a quiet residential street 15 minute walk from the university.

We are looking for some new tentants for our house-share which has previously been a mixture of mature student and professionals. One current housemate (Kate) is staying of after this academic year and we are looking for three more people to join her.

Kate says:
I’m Kate, I’m 33 and work from home as a journalist. I love bouldering, sewing and knitting, music, films and hiking. I’d be looking to share with someone who is clean/tidy, sociable - up for a pub quiz or film/game night - but also respectful of other people’s space.

The house is next to a small park and is only a short (15 min) walk, or few tram stops, away from the University and a few minutes’ walk from large supermarkets (Tesco and Aldi).

All the bedrooms are large and have double beds, storage and a desk.

There is a communal living room as well as a separate kitchen. There is a sunny (sometimes!) back yard.

Fast broadband, TV license and water bills are included in the rent. Excluded are heat/power (depends on usage, but currently roughly £60 per person per month) and council tax band 'A' (students exempt).
