Lovely large double room to rent in a large terraced house in Ecclesall road. Just been fully redecorated with laminate flooring and repainted in a neutral colour scheme.

Fully furnished bright room with double bed, and ample storage. Gets plenty of natural light. There is also an en-suite shared with the room next door.

Located next to a Sainsbury's local and 24 hr petrol garage. Also there is a co-op a 2 minute walk down the road and a bus stop with a regular bus service into Sheffield city centre.

There is a lovey large kitchen with 2 cookers (but one oven), you will require your own plates/cutlery and utensils and also a large fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine in the utility room as well as an airer.

There is a small back garden area and a fire pit and in the summer we have BBQ's. .

All bills inc WIFI are included in the rent but this is subject to fair use. The deposit is £250 and the first months rent of £400 is needed to move in along with ID and 3 payslips, bank statements, a reference from previous landlord and proof of employment.

Current housemates 25-40 years old and ideally we would like someone a similar age to us. We enjoy watching TV together, There is a large TV in the living room with Netflix and Freeview and sofas to chill out on and watch a movie. It is by no means a party house so someone quiet and respectful but also sociable would be a perfect fit. We are all on different schedules with work and try and keep noise to a minimum on a night/early morning.
