Waitrose is right next door too. The postcode is S11 .

Washing machine and separate dryer too.
Three bathrooms.

It's on the doorstep to Sheffield city centre but a nice quiet building to live in.

Room 3, available now - £440pcm, furnished with double bed, desk & chair, double wardrobe plus vanity unit and mirror.

Your monthly payment includes the rent, gas, electric, council tax, water, broadband, TV licence (for the communal area only) and weekly cleaner (for the communal area).

Your housemates are all working professionals who met when they moved in at individual times. They're a lovely sociable group who get on well and can often be found relaxing and chatting in the living room and large kitchen.

It's not a raging party flat - if a party house is what you're looking for then this is not the right place for you.
