We have one room now available in a 7 bed flat right at the start of Ecclesall Road and London Road.
Waitrose is right next door too. The postcode is S11 8HY.

Large living room and kitchen with tons of storage cupboards, dining table, double sinks, dishwasher, double hob and double ovens plus enough fridge and freezer space for everyone.
Washing machine and separate dryer too. 3 bathrooms as well so no queuing in the morning! It's on the doorstep to Sheffield city centre but a nice quiet building to live in.

Room 5, available now - £445pcm, furnished with double bed, desk & chair, double wardrobe plus vanity unit and mirror.

Your monthly payment includes the rent, gas, electric, council tax, water, broadband, TV licence (for the communal area only) and weekly cleaner (for the communal area). You'll have access to our brilliant online tenant platform where you can: apply for rooms, report repairs, find your thorough inventory and all your tenancy documents.

All working professionals who met when they moved in at individual times. They're a lovely sociable group who get on well and can often be found relaxing and chatting in the living room and large kitchen.
It's not a raging party flat - if a party house is what you're looking for then this is not the right place for you.
If you're a friendly, sociable person who enjoys chatting to your housemates, enjoys a brew/glass of wine, keeps things clean and tidy and are easy to get along with then you've just found the right place to live.

You can meet the housemates at your viewing (if they're in, that is) and with your permission we can pass on your contact details so you can get to know each other. Everyone is over 21 so no freshers wanting all-night parties (as lovely as they are, they're not right for this space).
Everyone is expected to be clean and tidy in the communal areas and be respectful of each other. Not a lot to ask, is it?
Whether you want to socialise or not is up to you - your room is a great space for you to relax, and the communal area is somewhere to enjoy the TV and kitchen.

Tenancies are minimum 6 months which then go onto monthly rolling contracts to give you the most flexibility. 😃 We do in person viewings or live video call viewings via Zoom if you're not in Sheffield.
