Double room in lovely home

Hi

I’m currently living abroad and am looking for someone to rent a double room in my much loved home. You would be sharing with Harriet and Bethan- both professionals in their mid - late 20s. The room would suit a mature student or a professional looking for a tidy, easy going home in Sheffield. The bedroom is furnished and has a queen sized bed, a desk and a large, open plan storage area. The bathroom is spacious and you would only share this with Bethan as Harriet has an en-suite in the attic.
Ideally looking for someone whose clubbing days are behind them but is up for occasionally cooking together and having a couple of glasses of wine! Rent includes all bills - gas and electric, tv license, council tax, water etc. The TV in the living room has the full Sky package, Netflix, Amazon prime and fibre optic broadband.
