Each of the large bedrooms are neutrally decorated and furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and study desk and chair. There is a bright bathroom in 202 with a bath, separate shower and heated towel rail and a modern bathroom in 204 which has a spacious tiled shower unit fitted summer 2017 and a heated towel rail.

Both houses have modern and recently fitted kitchens equipped with a washer dryer, fridge-freezer, oven and hob and microwave. Both living rooms are furnished with sofas, coffee table and TV.

There is a large shared garden to the rear of the properties complete with decking and picnic benches. Permit parking is available outside and the properties are a short walk from SHU City Campus and the City Centre.
