The Gate Sheffield

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP at the gate in Sheffield. The room and building are brand new and have only been used for one night. The gate is close to both Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Sheffield. The room comes fully furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and ensuite bathroom as well as under bed storage and ceiling to floor windows and curtains. The room is 19.7 m² of space and you will have access to the shared kitchen, on site laundry, social and communal spaces, a study area and a roof terrace. You must be a student to live here and the tenancy ends on the 17th of July 2021. The gate is near the Moor and is close to plenty of High Street shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. There are currently three other people in the flat but they are all extremely friendly and welcoming. Please feel free to ring, text or email me for any more information.
