Large double attic room in friendly home

I’m a friendly person looking to share my home with a kind and considerate housemate. I have a four month old dachshund puppy so preferably looking for dog lovers. I like to keep my home clean and tidy. Other than playing the piano (or at least trying to) I am generally quite quiet. Looking for someone who values a calm and peaceful home. Room has lots of built in storage space, desk and chair and a king size bed. There is a good amount of on street parking. Close to the uni/hospitals. Smart T. V with Netflix in the living room.
