The double room has wardrobe unit and hanging space with television in.
The single room only has small cupboard. Probably suited to someone working away. Mon to fri.
Wifi is included .
Large pleasant south facing garden.
Dogs in the house very friendly love guests.
All areas to be kept clean by guest, no sloppy untidy guests.
Respectful that I live here too.
Great bus service.
Shops, Pubs, Parks.
20 mins from Derbyshire, great surrounding areas .
