Ideally placed for road connection to Sheffield Parkway and M1 motorway.

There are bus services on nearby Beaumont Road into the city centre, with a Lidl supermarket and smaller shops, takeaways, pubs etc within five/ten minutes walk.

There is also a good amount of green spaces/walking routes in the area, including the Manor Castle grounds area.

I am looking for lodgers who are either professionals or students, who ideally enjoy their own space and a laid back environment like myself, but anybody interested is welcome.
