Large double room in lovely Victorian house

I currently share my lovely home and garden with a friend, and one lodger and we are looking for another female lodger to join the house. I currently spend most of the time abroad, and my friend looks after the house. The house is very close to the University of Sheffield, good pubs and other amenities.

We are easy going and hoping for someone who will want to cook, eat and hang out together, at least some of the time. We would like someone to feel at home in the house and to help to keep it clean and tidy. We want it to feel like a home rather than a house-share where people come and go and do not care for the space or for each other.

There is a very comfortable, large attic bedroom available with king sized bed, sofa and plenty of storage. There are two bathrooms plus a third toilet in the house. My adult son and/or daughter (in their 20s) will also stay at the house from time to time. There are 5 bedrooms in total.

The rent of £445pcm is for a period of at least six months and includes water, wifi, and council tax, but gas & electric will be shared on top. Please note that there is no TV in the sitting room but lodgers are welcome to have a TV in their room, the TV licence is included.
