I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement that is due to run until 6/7/21 with the scope to extend further.

A large double room available in an outstanding three bedroom top floor apartment enjoying panoramic views and being refurbished throughout to an impressively high standard, the property must be viewed to be fully appreciated. With private entrance, off road parking, fitted kitchen and available for moving in as soon as possible.

The house is situated on Psalter Lane above Sharrow Vale and 5 minutes from Ecclesall Road, so shops/restaurants are just a short walk away. The flat is also in close proximity to both the peaks and Sheffield town centre. Good public transport links.

The house is furnished throughout and provides everything you need in a convenient location.

The lounge is equipped with broadband and TV, modern, comfy sofas and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is also equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

Bills are not included in the monthly rent, but this tends to total around £80 on average. This includes Council Tax, Gas/Electricity, TV/Internet and Water bills.

The two tenants that live here are both professionals, late 20s early 30s. Both very social and outgoing, always around for a chat and a cup of tea in the lounge, and like to get out and socialise at the weekends.

The available room is fully furnished with a large wardrobe, desk and a double bed.

Male/Female both welcome. Students are welcome but will be expected to pay council tax.
