We have a spare double bedroom available now, in our converted victorian shop. We live just off Ecclesall road at the bottom of Greystones Road. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Shared access to bathroom, living room, kitchen, and garden. There is access to a dishwasher, washing machine and a victorian drying rack. We have fast broadband. We are two young professionals who are easy going and like to socialise. We have a large living room with a log burner, playstation and projector with netflix etc. We have a quirky house with lots of character, and are looking for someone who would enjoy that.

Our house is in a great location, four minutes from Endcliffe Park and ten minutes from Sharrowvale Road. Where there are lovely shops and cafés. There is a bus stop at the end of the road for quick access to the city centre. We are also ten minutes from the Peak District. There is on street parking with no restrictions.

No need to worry about splitting bills, as all bills are included in the monthly rent, so that includes council tax, gas and electric, broadband and water. As we are live in landlords any issues or queries will get sorted straight away.

We have a gorgeous Romanian puppy called Layla who is 18 month old and is amazing with people and other dogs (she is the one lounging one the sofa).
