Furnished Studio Flat for a professional

Hi, I have 5 months left on my tenancy. Due to personal circumstances that have arisen, I need to end my tenancy. I absolutely love the flat. It is cosy and quiet and you live an independent life cheaply.

The flat is a studio flat, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, personal bathroom, TV, study station and fully-fitted kitchenette and dining area. It is 12 minutes walk from Sheffield Hallam University and 20 minutes from the University of Sheffield.

There is a KFC across the road and Asda open until 11pm. I can walk to town centre (about 15 minutes)

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. There is an option to extend if you need to.
