2-bed female-only flat

Hi!

This is a 2-bedroom shared female-only flat. It has three bedrooms, but the landlady agreed to give it to only 2 people until the pandemic is over (and probably after that?), or to just let it as a whole. It is ideal for students or graduated who seek a quiet flat.
All rooms are fully furnished with double bed, new mattress, drawer, closets, study desk, etc.
The landlord looks for tidy and clean people.

It is within 4-minute walk of Diamond and Computer Science Department of Uni of Sheff., with lots of grocery shops around (Tesco express, Tesco metro, post-office, Sainsbury, etc). The flat is very clean and both rooms are spacious with access to a large balcony. The apartment is surrounded by University of Sheffield accommodation buildings (the apartment is called: Edward Street Flats, so you can look at it yourself). We were all very happy with the location, the flat and the rent! The landlord is also very nice.

The flat is refurbished recently and has two large freezer-fridges (so in practice you will have your own freezer-fridge).

The water and internet (fast fiber broadband) are both included. Electricity and gas are top-up, and each person's share is roughly £30-40 per month in total (very affordable). The rooms are very bright. The flat has a dining room and one spare-small-room (the third room).

Both rooms will be available from first of August 2021 (the price of each room is £300). The option of renting the whole flat is also available (you should negotiate with the landlord), and you can have the keys to the third room as well.
