Bright double room in S11 / Ecclesall

Looking for 2 x young professionals (20-27 age) to join 2x others In a wonderful 4 bedroom house located in Hunters Bar. We would ideally like a girl and a guy to make it an equal 50:50 split as we’ve lived like this so far and found it works best. We also ask that you are respectful of space and it being an LGBT open minded home 😁

The house is located hidden behind the bustling streets of Sharrowvale and Ecclesall road and has a living room, kitchen and dining room, plus bathroom with walk in shower.

Currently living at the house is Rosie (25) who works as a teacher and Myles (27) who works for the NHS. Both have busy schedules and early starts in the morning but in the evening love to relax watching TV, cooking, and having a drink. We are both into the outdoors and regularly go hiking and walking in the peaks and around the area. It would be nice to find some like minded people who share similar working patterns and enjoy spending time together doing fun stuff... meals out, nights out, cooking in, and takeaway evenings with movies!

The rooms are £300 each with bills on top. We’re currently going through some provider changes so bills may change. Currently they’re around £60 a month but this could change through the seasons with the gas and electric + the rent MAY be increasing slightly we are awaiting notice from the landlady. If it does increase it probably wont be more than £30. We can let you know asap when we know :-)
