Hello, I'm Matthew a second year PhD student at the University of Sheffield looking for someone to share a 2 bed flat just off Fulwood road.

Single room available from June or September in a really nice new build furnished 2 bed just off Fulwood Road. Located very conveniently for the University, Broomhill shops, Uni sports centre, cycling into the peaks and 120 bus into town.

The flat is one of 11 in a converted 18th century house with a really nice sense of community between the residents. Fully furnished with combined living and dinning room with a decent sized kitchen just adjacent, high ceiling and large windows makes the flat feel light and airy and really nice to be in. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so you would essentially have you own bathroom. The room is supplied furnished with a large wardrobe singled bed and side table The flat is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher and video intercom system. There is access to a shared bike shed and a visitor parking space. There is also a 55 inch 4K tv with atoms sound bar with access to Prime, Netflix Disney+ and Apple TV as well as a decent selection of blue rays. May also be one or two Lego models dotted around. Big cupboard in the living room for keeping the larger bulky stuff boxes ect.

Ideally looking for a flat mate who enjoys cooking and eating together as well as the occasional board game or movie night with a few friends. Looking for someone I get on well with so let’s have a chat and see if do.

Bills are split equally this included the internet, water, electricity and maintenance charge. Given the energy situation I’m not sure how much the bills will be total but currently it’s around £150 a month total. Council tax would be your responsibility if your not a student.

Also please not there isn’t a desk in the room anymore the picture is from when I was using it as an office.
