Recently refurbished single room to let. Lovely house in lower Walkley, 5 minutes walk to the tram and 10 minutes to Kelham Island. Close to the city centre and both universities.
You will have use of shared kitchen, shared bathroom and shared living space. You would share the house with me (the live in landlady) and another lodger. The kitchen is fully equipped and you would be welcome to make use everything we have.
The rent is £285 per calendar month including bills with a £285 deposit. There is a small garden and back yard. I generally work from home so I am around the house quite a lot. The room includes a bed, hanger and chair. The kitchen is fully equipped but no dishwasher I'm afraid we are old school. But I'd insist that you clean up after yourself. Just makes it nicer for everyone.
