Single Room To Rent, All Bills included

Hi, I am looking to rent a spare single bedroom in my house. This is purely for financial reasons, I am not looking for a friend for life or anything like that, obviously will be civil and friendly, by I expect the person to respect my house and me, yes you are paying for the room, but this is my house. So far the people I have had in my house were disrespectful, wearing dirty outdoor shoes indoors, playing TV loudly in the room late at night, or having loudspeaker phone conversations late at night, etc, not sure if people are no longer self aware/lack respect, these are British houses with cardboard walls, also you are living in someone else's house, do what you want in your house when you have one. Recent experiences have put me off from having a lodger, and so I have had a bit of a break from having one. I would ideally want someone who just needs somewhere to sleep at night and goes away at the weekend, maybe someone who needs to travel to Sheffield for work and then goes back home on weekends. I know this may be difficult to find, so even if you're away every other weekend that would work for me too, the £350 a month includes all the bills and Wi-Fi, so I think it's pretty cheap.

Pictures of the room need updating, but basically it's a small room with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk. I have a very friendly yorkshire terrier dog, and a cat who keeps herself to herself. They are harmless, the cat is only kept downstairs.

The house has very good public transport links, buses are every 15 mins and trams every 12 minutes. Local Asda is round a corner. There is also Pharmacy and a local library behind my house. The post code is S2 2FF.

Termination notice is one week from either party, as I don't want to be stuck living with someone who isn't the right fit, so the rent it also to be paid weekly, £80 a week (£80*52 weeks = £4160 a year/12 months = £346 a month, so it works out slightly cheaper a month)

Sorry if this ad is blunt, but I'm just tired of nonsense, fyi I am not interested living with a woke person, there are only two genders, male and female. I am for traditional Christian values, but that does not mean I will put up with nonsense, yes Jesus was humble and meek, but he also spoke with authority and truth, and truth is what matters, there is way too much confusion nowadays.
