Single Room To Rent, All Bills included

Hi, I am looking to rent a spare single bedroom in my house. This is purely for financial reasons, I am not looking for a best friend for life or anything like that, obviously will be civil and friendly, but I expect the person to respect me and my house. I would ideally want someone who just needs somewhere to sleep at night and is away on weekends or every other weekend. The rent is £380 a month and includes all the bills and Wi-Fi, so I think it's pretty cheap.

Pictures of the room need updating, but basically it's a single room with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk. I have a very friendly yorkshire terrier dog, and a cat who keeps herself to herself. They are harmless, the cat is only kept downstairs.

The house has very good public transport links, buses and trams are every 15 minutes into train station/city centre, and the journey only takes 15 mins. Local Asda is round a corner. There is also Pharmacy and a local library behind my house. The post code is S2 2FF.
