We are looking for someone to take over a room on Rosedale Road, which is just off of Ecclesall Road, as our circumstances have changed.

The house is a perfect location as it is only a few minute walk from Tesco, Boots, Costa and KFC and also around a 5 minute walk from Collegiate Campus. There are currently 2 other girls living in this house and they’re easy to get a long with and are both students at Sheffield Hallam.

3 other girls live here who are clean and tidy. They enjoy going out and are very sociable

-Living room: Full HD Tv, Grey sofas and 2 Coffee tables.
-Dinning room/Kitchen : Wooden table for 4 people with a bench and two chairs, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, grill, oven, hob, microwave, dish washer ect
-Bathroom: 2 Shower Rooms and 2 toilets
-Bills included: unlimited gas, water, electricity, internet, TV Licence, council tax ect.
-Room is located on the 1st floor and is furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, walk in wardrobe ad two sets of draws.
