Short term let in a creative home - March to June

Double room in a nice flat in a great central location, smack bang between town and kelham island, basically in both.

Looking to rent a room in the flat out for three months or so (flexible), March to May preferably, mainly as I'm likely to be away for much of that time, so you'll have the place to yourself a lot...

It's a 3 bed flat, but only want to rent out one room, so it'll be pretty roomy. It's got a great little outside space, it's close to green spaces and amenities. It's my home, very much not a flatshare, so looking for someone who's looking for that and wants to feel homely somewhere, that's the vibe.

When I'm around, I'm Matt, I'm 35 years old, I'm a writer who tends to work from home, though I've started working elsewhere a lot more recently! I'm originally from Sheffield, was in London for 8 years, moved back in the pandemic to buy a flat, this flat, and be closer to family. I like theatre, telly, music, gigs, pubs, cinema and politics, standard stuff, and i have eclectic tastes in all the above. Oh, and I'm vegi/bad vegan... though not preachy, eat what ya like!
