Double room in Crookesmore area

Need someone to takeover my tenancy due to personal reasons. Is a lovely room in 5 bed house in prime location for UoS students situated opposite row of shops and only a 10 minute to uni. Other housemates are all existing masters students and are very welcoming and kind people who enjoy going out together for drinks but also have that balance being in their final year. Kitchen includes two fridge freezers as well as washer and dryer. House has two bathrooms including showers. Room has loads of storage space and can be moved into at any time.
