Large Double Room With Separate Study and Bathroom

A large double bedroom available with a separate study and bathroom on the first floor of a three storey house. Must be happy to live with two - very friendly - older cats. You will be living with one other tenant. I live on the top floor with my own toilet. The middle floor would be yours and the kitchen/living area downstairs is a shared space.

The house is a 5 minute walk away from the Ponderosa Park and 10 minutes to Crookes Valley. It is only a 30 minute walk to Sheffield City Centre and also has a tram stop by the large Tesco 5 minutes down the road.

Downstairs comprises of a kitchen with large fridge freezer. Attached to the kitchen is a lounge area with sofa and second smaller fridge freezer. The tenant is welcome to use this for their own use but I'm also happy to share the one in the kitchen. There is plenty of cupboard space available. I am vegan so preferably a veggie/vegan housemate is preferred but otherwise, the second fridge can be used for other ingredients.

There is a separate living room on the same floor at the front of the house which is a communal space.

We have an extensive garden round the back which we have allowed to run wild but you are welcome to attempt to tame it. I will cut it all back beforehand. There is also a front garden which is nice and private.

I am looking for a nice and friendly housemate who values their own company. I tend to keep myself to myself and spend my evenings upstairs relaxing. I am an older woman with two cats called Dijon and Pixie. Outside of work, I spend my days walking in the Peak District and finding a quiet spot to read. Ideally I am looking for a mature, female housemate.
