1 room in 3 bed semi with off road parking and good links to NHG and city centre. Close to Meadowhall for shopping and trains.
Everything other than food included.
Good internet connection(sky fibre broadband) good sky package and smart tv with Netflix etc. Washing machine, tumble dryer, bath, shower central heating. Modest but comfortable and clean. Room is at the back of the house so fairly quiet and is basically decorated but can be “freshened up”
I am a HGV driver so work a lot of hours and sometimes away overnight and can be away for 5 or 6 days at a time so looking for someone trustworthy and references WILL be checked.
