Double room near Sharrowvale

Hi!

My partner and I are currently renting a four-bedroom terraced house with a garden, and we're looking for a new housemate for the spare attic room.

Note that this is initially available until the end of September, although it may be extended beyond that.

We're both young professionals working in sustainability, and we enjoy outdoor activities (walking, cycling, bouldering, paddleboarding), BBQs in the garden and eating good food :-). We're looking for a like-minded, conscientious housemate who's easy to get on with.

The house is furnished; we rent it unfurnished and we've furnished it ourselves. Currently the room has a double bed, mattress, a built-in cupboard and a bedside table. Of course, you're welcome to bring your own furniture for the room too.

The rent includes all bills, and occasionally we have a cleaner come round.

Short-term lets welcome. Sorry, no couples (unless for a short-term let) as there's only one bathroom!
