I’m dropping out of uni so I need someone to take up my room asap, it’s a standard ensuite at central place (student roost) which is now all sold out.

- The rent is already paid for until Christmas and the next set of rent isn’t due until February.
- The room is really nice with a big window that opens fully, a desk with a proper desk chair, chest of draws a wardrobe shelves and a double bed.
- The bathroom has a large shower space and the shower head itself is great.
- The kitchen is large and newly renovated with great views as well as the flat being on the third floor.
- It is an all girls so you’d have to be female to move in.
- there’s a yoga/fitness studio, communal lounge, study space and a courtyard
- there is also a Tesco express on the ground floor of the building
