We're here to tell you about the fantastic large double room becoming available in this lovely, 4 bed house in Crookesmoor, Sheffield. With two bathrooms and an additional study room this house is sure to be popular.

An absolutely cracking area in Sheffield, you'll be less than a minutes walk from Crookesmoor shops, a few minutes away from the University and a hop, skip and jump away from Sheffield city centre. It's close to shops, bars and pubs but on a lovely quiet street (with the all-important free on-street parking!) The postcode is S6 3GJ.

Burns Road has a great communal area for you to relax in, kitchen to cook in and bathroom to do bathroom things in! This is a lovely 4 bed house and the room becoming available is ready for you to move into with no need to fret about splitting bills as it's all included in your monthly rent.

Tell me more about the house, you say?
Well, the living room has a huge TV, art, lamp and comfy seating. There's a fully fitted kitchen with a washer, dryer lots of kitchen storage plus two fridge and freezers to share between 4 of you. The gorgeous bathroom has a shower over the bath and is shared between just 3 of you as one room has a full ensuite. There is a spare room to be used as an office that is available to use for the housemates and offers additional storage space.

Plus a quiet suntrap garden/yard space at the back of the house for you to enjoy BBQ's and to relax in the Sheffield sun.

But what about the bedroom? The most important bit, yes?
Room 2 has its own off street entrance and is a large double room with tons of storage space - perfect for those with lots of stuff! It has a double bed, wardrobe, large drawers as well as desk and chair.
All private, and not accessible by your housemates.

Room 3 is perfect for you if you're looking for your own entrance and a large space but also want to be in a social group. Loads of storage space, lovely furniture as well as feeling warm and comfortable. And, the super-fast WiFi with 3 additional boosters (one in each room) reaches all over the house so there's no need to worry should you be working from home.

Now onto the rent, what do you get?
Your monthly payment includes the rent, gas, electric, council tax, water, broadband, TV licence (for the communal area only) and fortnightly cleaner (for the communal area). You'll have access to our brilliant online tenant platform where you can: apply for rooms, report report repairs, find your thorough inventory and all your tenancy documents.

So, who are the housemates?
There are 2 lovely female tenants and 1 lovely male tenant who are all are in their early twenties, working professionals, sociable, tidy. If you like plants, games and a relaxed place to live then this is the one for you.
We'll try to arrange for you to meet each other when you come to view or we can pass contact details on (with your permission) for you to contact each other. Everyone will be over 22 so no Freshers wanting all-night parties (as lovely as they are, they're not for this house). Everyone is expected to be clean and tidy in the communal areas and be respectful of each other. Not a lot to ask, is it? Whether you want to socialise or not is up to you - your room is a great space for you to relax or WFH and the communal areas are somewhere to enjoy the TV, living room and kitchen.

We offer minimum 6 months tenancy which then change to monthly rolling contracts to give you the most flexibility. We can also do viewings either in person or live video call viewings via WhatsApp or Zoom.

Who is the landlord?
Everyone at Bijou Relocation has worked in the housing industry for many, many years. We've all lived in shared houses and know what people want and don't want. We're fully GDPR-compliant and easily contactable by phone/text, or on the tenant online platform that you'll have access to once you've completed your application.

How do you view these great rooms I hear you cry?!
You can apply by clicking on the links on this very page to send us a message. We will then start the viewing process and move onto the application process once you have viewed. We can do in person viewing or live virtual viewings via WhatsApp or Zoom for those not in Sheffield.
Your deposit will be stored in the Deposit Protection Scheme and you'll have 24 hour access to the details on the tenant platform.
The property has all the up-to-date certifications stored here, as well as the HMO licence, EPC and How to Rent guides, to name a few.
