Looking for someone to sublet the top floor of a beautiful house in Meersbrook just next to the park.
The room is unfurnished, has an ensuite and is super light with nice view out to the park.
Bills I think will total around £125 each maybe slightly more.
The house has a kitchen/dining room with dishwasher and big double fridge freezer, separate living room with a woodburner, also cute garden with shed for bikes. Really fast internet and a spare room that could be used as an office or possibly let in the future on short term.
I'm an architect, new-ish to Sheffield, looking for someone chill and respectful to live with. I like cycling, the pub, film etc. I also have a small cat who is a total angel.
Unfortunately it's not possible to let to undergrads due to the area apparently.
