The rent of £500 per month is inclusive of all bills including ultra fast broadband internet (100mbps). There is ample free on-street parking.

The communal area is a well-sized open-plan kitchen/dining/living room complete with a 65 inch mounted TV loaded with Netflix. The kitchen has enough space for multiple people to be cooking in at one time and the skylight allows plenty of natural light in during the day. No couples. Professionals preferred.
