Looking for a new flatmate! - Bills included

Hey there :)

I'm looking for someone friendly to take the spare bedroom in my two bed flat, it's owned by me and has a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom is shared and all bills are included except council tax (+ I very much enjoy a warm flat so the heating is nearly always on!). It's a peaceful area, there's a shared garden which is lovely in the summer and there's free on-street parking if you have a car. The room's very cosy and quiet and is pretty much as seen in the photos!

A bit about me, I'm 28 and in my fourth year of a medicine degree so I'm kept fairly busy with that but in my spare time I try to be as active as I can (do enjoy sitting in front of the tv in the evenings tho!) At the moment my main things I'm into are yoga, cycling, teaching myself guitar and surfing in Scarborough when I can. I do like to try and get up to the peaks for walks and wild swims as well. I've lived with both guys and girls in the past and have loved all of my house shares so far, I currently live with a female and find the balance works well but am open to both. Looking for someone with similar interests, who likes nights in and wants to spend time together in the evenings/weekends and cook together. Someone who likes to keep things tidy and would also be happy to share house chores would be good as well, must like animals as well as I have three very friendly indoor cats!

I should also mention I'm heading away for just over 2 months this summer to Sri Lanka for my medical elective (13th July to 21st September) and am looking for someone to live in the flat rent free in return for looking after my cats.
