1 Room tenancy takeover in a 4-bed student house from NOW till 30/06/2022. Located in Crookes, a 5-minute walk from the high street and a 15-minute walk into Uni. We are three friendly 2nd year students (2 girls and 1 boy) at TUOS looking for someone to take over a contract from our flatmate who has dropped out of uni. We’re very chill and relatively tidy, on a night in we love cooking and watching films/tv but also enjoy a night out. The rent is £107.50 a week including bills.
