Room to rent in lovey shared house

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a shared house near Kelham Island. Preferably a female professional and veggie/vegan. You'd be living with two lovely girls who are young professionals and one is vegan (the other is a meat eater). It's a modest room but with a Juliet balcony and furniture included (except the desk but would be happy to sell this to you). It has a lovely patio leading to a courtyard for when it gets sunny again and off street parking is included! Rent is 379pcm with bills included (except council tax). Lovely open plan living room and kitchen and a 2 minute walk to a big Tesco and the tram stop!
