I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP for my modern double bedroom with a large window and large storage space. The house is beautifully decorated and very cosy and quiet includes large kitchen and living room, two bathrooms and is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Sheffield. It has a TV, washing machine, oven, and fridge. The housemates are female and are studying towards their degree. As for bills: £76 a month for everything which i can pay if interested, deposit PAID.
