Room available on Charlotte road, bills included, deposit already paid. Tenancy is until June 2022. Huge room (room 1 on floor plans) which is freshly decorated, double bed with 2 wardrobes, huge desk/work area, chest of drawers and bedside table.
4 other tenants, (3 girls and 1 boy) sociable 3rd year students. The house has 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms, large kitchen and living room.
Shops just around the corner, 25 min walk to collegiate campus and 15 min walk to city campus, ideal location for both!
There is also a shared double drive perfect for anyone wanting to bring their car!

I have attached the rent payments, which coincide with student loan payments. I will pay money towards the first rent payment for whoever takes over the tenancy, this can be discussed with those interested. I have also already paid the deposit.
