En Suite In Student Accommodation City Centre

Hi!

Ideal for people starting at the University of Sheffield or Hallam university for the second semester :)

I'm moving out and letting my tenancy for an en-suite at The Gate Student Accommodation from the 1st of February until the 16th of July 2022. (Possibility to move in earlier if needed)

The room is on the 13th floor (beautiful view!), includes its own bathroom and a 140cm bed. The building is modern and the rooms are very practical (storage under the bed, usb, lights' control and heater's control on the bed's head) :) The room is facing south, you have a beautiful light as well as a magnificent view from your bed.

You'll share the flat's kitchen/living room with 6 other lovely girls, all students going to Hallam University. The University campus is 5min away (even less depending on the building), the Collegiate campus as well as the University of Sheffield's campus are both a 15-20minutes walk.

It's a 10min walk to Aldi, 5min to the moor's Sainsbury and 5min to a Tesco express

The building facilities are very good and include a fitness, a study room, several common rooms and a rooftop.

Costs include all taxes/bills and are 139£ per week for the 24 weeks left of the tenancy :)
