Spacious Double Room in S2 (Tenancy Takeover)

I am currently living in a house share with 3 other people and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January, as I'm moving back home. The room on offer is a good sized double bedroom located in S2. The house is newly refurbished so it looks as good as it does on the pictures! It's a 10 minute walk to train station and 15/20 minutes walk to the city centre.

You'll be living with three fun, young professionals. They're all, non-smokers, clean and tidy, and love to spend timetogether as a flat:

Emma 👸🏼 (25) works in HR, Herrick 💁🏻 (23) works as a project manager and Nisa 👩🏾‍🎨 (31) works as a psychotherapist.

Rent is £464 per month including bills (apart from council tax). I've paid some of the council tax in advance, so no need to worry about that. Deposit is 400 pounds.
