One bedroom house

At the moment the house does not have any furniture, as I was changing some decorations.
It will have a double bed with new mattress, sofa and dinning table with chairs.
The house has a good transport links, tram and buses near by.
I am looking for a responsable professional as both neighbours next door are old people. It won’t suit a party animal person.
The bill and council tax are not included.
