Fully furnished bright room with double bed, and wardrobe and plenty of storage space. Gets plenty of natural light. There is also a large shower room with toilet within the bedroom.

Located next to a Sainsbury's local and 24 hr petrol garage. Also there is a co-op a 2 minute walk down the road and a bus stop with a regular bus service into Sheffield city centre.

There is a lovey large kitchen with 2 cookers (but one oven), you will require your own plates/cutlery and utensils and also a large fridge freezer. There is also a washing in the utility room as well as an airer. Brand new smart heating has just been installed.

There is a small back garden area and a fire pit and in the summer we have BBQ's. We share a cleaning rota between all tenants and expect any addition to the house to adhere and chip in.

All bills inc WIFI are included in the rent but this is subject to fair use. The deposit is £250 and the first months rent of £550

Current housemates 25-32 years old and ideally we would like someone a similar age to us. We enjoy watching TV together, There is a large TV in the living room with Netflix and Freeview and sofas to chill out on and watch a movie. It is by no means a party house so someone quiet and respectful but also sociable would be a perfect fit. We are all on different schedules with work and try and keep noise to a minimum on a night/early mornings.
