One bright double bedroom on the ground floor is available in a 3 bedroom house share - £335 (bills incl).

The room comes furnished with a standard double bed with a mattress, a dresser, one big wardrobe and a desk. The house, which will be shared with the two other tenants, has a comfy living room with a dining space, a kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven and a washing machine, and one spacious bathroom with a bathtub. There is a garden with a locked iron gate (if you have green fingers, you are welcome to plant vegetables, plants, and flowers). The neighbours are really nice and quiet people. The Landlord is friendly and always available if any issue arises and deals with them promptly, but otherwise not around too much. The previous tenant has only moved out because they started work in a different city.

Current tenants: two female professionals and mature students.

One tenant has lived here for four years; she is a part-time PhD student at the University of Sheffield and works in one of the nearby cafes. She is sociable and enjoys a good hike and a chat to wind down after a day in the evening.

The other tenant has lived here for one year; she works full-time in community development and is a part-time master student at Sheffield Hallam University studying Psychology. She is an active, sociable and outgoing person who enjoys various hobbies.

Who we are looking for: a female, ideally young professional or mature student

We would like a female tenant who is tidy and sociable, but who also enjoys their own company. We respect each other’s spaces; the house is our home away from home, so we welcome a person who is looking for a more long term living arrangement. The Landlord is exceptional and easy to communicate with, and we appreciate our home environment, so we like taking good care of the house.
