1 Bedroom Duplex Apartment, Park Hill Regeneration

I'm reluctantly moving (due to a breakup) out of my 1 bedroom duplex flat in the regenerated area of Park Hill, and am looking for someone to take over the tenancy.

The letting agency, Urban Splash, have a rightmove ad (google it, spareroom won't let me add it here). These flats usually get snapped up within a week or two, but I'm posting on Spareroom just to be safe :)

The apartment is really airy and spacious, with more floor space than the other PH 1-beds. The main room is south facing (again, unlike most other PH flats), with floor to ceiling windows that let in so much natural light, that I haven't needed the heating on during sunny winter days.

The bedroom is north facing - great for lie ins - and the balcony fits a sun lounger (very important). The kitchen is great for cooking in, with overhead neutral strip lighting and lots of worksurface space.

Urban Splash aren't the best at picking up the phone, so best directly contact the head of PH sales, David Lewus (google or message me for a contact number). The office is open 11am-6pm Tuesday-Saturday.
