I have an unfurnished double attic room with ensuite shower room for rent in a terraced house in Woodseats. There is also a smaller room with built-in storage that would be yours as well - this gets lots of light and would make the perfect study.

I am a young working professional looking for a like-minded, friendly, clean professional/post-grad female to share the house with. I like to cook (vg.), get out and about on weekends - but prefer quieter evenings on weeknights.
