7 person student house in the centre of Crookesmore road. Perfect location, close to the university, the Goodwin centre and shops. Looking for a new housemate urgently, preferably a woman but would welcome anyone who is a student between the ages of 18-25.
We are a mixture of 2nd and 3rd year students at the University of Sheffield who are sociable and like to party but also studious as it the final year for the majority of us.
The house has 2 shower/bathrooms, an outside garden area, spacious kitchen and living room as well as a large driveway that can fit up to 4 cars.
Rent is £107 pp/pw with with bills sorted through Unihomes; a direct debit will need to be set up for this. Rent is paid in 4 instalments, the first is due on the 20th of June and the year long tenancy starts on the 4th of July.
