Twodio - I need a tenancy takeover due to some issues that have come up in my personal life and having to leave. The flat is for young professionals or students, either is welcome! The tenancy is until September but can be extended till next year if you want to do this as well!

Address is Redvers Tower, Sheffield city Centre S1 2LR right next to the peace gardens, moor market and bang across from Sheffield Hallam university’s main campus. Easy and close transport links and supermarkets within minutes from your front door.

The flat is £484 a month, all bills included. If you are a young professional you will just have to pay council tax on top of the rent pcm.

The flat comes with lots of cupboard space, a big bathroom/shower, air conditioner, sofa, desk and chair and mattress protector. Loads of wardrobe space and cupboard space as well. The common area has a gym, cinema room, kitchen and loads of space to hang out with friends or family. Reception is open 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Laundry room on each floor, £3.50 to use the washing machine and free to use the dryer.
