Communal House Share

A room is available for in my two bedroomed house. It is a light, airey room with a double bed, desk, bookshelf and storage facilities. There is use of a shared kitchen/diner, bathroom, living room (has been decorated) and garden. See attached photos.

The house is situated close to the Universities, Town Centre and Hospitals. Also close to Weston Park, Crookes Valley Park and the Ponderosa. Located close to the Loxley Valley so easily accessible for outdoor activities.

I would be happy to consider a Monday to Friday let too.

I work in health so appreciate a calm, tidy, home space with my cat Boo Boo. I would therefore require a thoughtful, house trained and considerate professional female (male considered). Hoping to live with someone who is aware of how to live communally, share the space considerately with ease.
Outside work I am pretty physically active and pottering about socially.
