Room for rent with a live in landlord

Hi

My name is Sophie & I live alone with my dog. I live in a 3 bedroom house with a large living room, kitchen & small garden. I am a primary school teacher and play netball and go to the gym. I am looking for someone like minded to rent a room. There is a tram link to the city centre opposite the house. Graves park is a short walk away and this is where I spend a lot of my mornings and evenings with my dog!
I have 2 bedrooms to choose from. One has a single bed & one has a settee bed. Either can be moved if you would prefer to furnish yourself. There is a large double wardrobe also.
