This accommodation would suit a clean, tidy, sociable female/or male post-graduate student or a young professional. Accommodation is offered on a lodger contract basis (Not a tenancy) NB* All bills (including Council Tax) are inclusive of monthly rent.

House was recently improved with a new Kitchen, revamped Bathroom, new composite front door with security locks and a new combination boiler. Street parking is usually available, although road can be busy in the evenings/weekends. Maximum 4 full time occupants, with an occasional box room/single guest bedroom iavailable for resident visitors. Converted cellar room acts as a storage and Utility space.
